Every package includes a predictable monthly cycle: documents due by the 5th, reports delivered by the 15th. You'll always know what's coming and when.

Starter - $400/month

Best for: solo owners and very small operations

  • Monthly bank reconciliation for up to 2 accounts, up to 50 combined transactions

  • Monthly financial reports: Balance Sheet & P&L

  • Additional transactions: $25 per 25 transactions over the limit​​​​​​

Small Business - $900/month

Best for: growing businesses with regular invoicing

  • Monthly bank reconciliation for up to 2 accounts, up to 100 combined transactions

  • Processing up to 50 vendor invoices/month

  • Preparing up to 50 customer invoices/month

  • Monthly financial reports: Balance Sheet & P&L

  • Additional transactions/invoices: $25 per 25 over the limit

Growing Business - $2,000/month

Best for: established businesses with multiple accounts

  • Monthly reconciliation for up to 3 bank accounts + 2 business credit cards, up to 200 combined transactions

  • Processing up to 100 vendor invoices/month

  • Preparing up to 100 customer invoices/month

  • Monthly financial reports: Balance Sheet & P&L

  • Additional transactions/invoices: $25 per 25 over the limit

QuickBooks Setup & Support

Setup — $500 one-time

  • Chart of accounts setup

  • Software preferences and customization

  • Custom invoice branding

  • Vendor and customer setup

 

QuickBooks Subscription Required (billed directly by Intuit, separate from our fee)

Payroll Processing

Setup $250

  • 1 to 10 employees  $200/month

  • 11 to 20 employees  $300/month

  • 21 to 30 employees  $400/month

  • 31 to 40 employees  $550/month

  • Additional employees: $150 for each block of 10 employees over 40

Payroll add-on for package clients: $80/month + $9 per W-2 employee, $5 per 1099 contractor

One-Time Cleanup Projects

For businesses that need to get caught up before moving into a monthly package.

 

Typically runs $1,000- $2,500+ depending on the number of months and/or transactions. A fixed project fee is provided after a free review of your books — so you'll know the total cost before we begin.
